  17. Modem is USR 28.8 (I'm assuming, he didn't say what model) and he is
  18. running procomm 2.0 that was upgraded to 2.11. Also installed is the
  19. most current wmodem.dat file. Procomm won't automatically detect the
  20. modem but after choosing the correct USR product, data works ok, but
  21. no fax.
